Yesterday I spent the afternoon in Target with a local news anchor teaching her about all the savings apps and ways to save there. In our shopping/teaching time I decided to see exactly what I could get for less than $5 this week! There are so many awesome deals in both the weekly ad list and the unadvertised list that it wasn’t hard at all to do.
I did go into the store with a $5 gift card from a past weeks deals. I encourage you to use these like you would a drugstore reward and save them for the next gift card deal you buy in Target. That way you aren’t ever paying out of pocket for them.

Get Back: $5 Target Gift Card!
In the end I spent $4.85 and left with another $5 Target gift card to use on my next trip. These were all deals in the Target deals lists on Southern Savers, and I will say there were other free deals I could have added to this but either had already used the coupons on previous sales or ran out of time. It’s a fun moment when you leave a grocery store with that much stuff and paid basically nothing for it!!
