I have received several e-mails from readers saying they have had trouble with Harris Teeter eVIC coupons this week. Some stores are not allowing them to stack eVIC coupons with paper manufacturer’s coupons. I checked online and their policy still states: “eVIC coupons can be accepted along with paper coupons, however will not be doubled.” […]
