      JCPenney has a new CEO and you could have some new flip flops!  This Friday, 4/12, JCPenney will have flip flops for $1. You can purchase up to 5 pairs per person.  Not sure which flip flops will be $1, but they should at least last you through the Summer, right? See more shopping deals!
