Notes:
-Use whatever fruit you like! We like a combination of berries and pineapple. Mandarin oranges, kiwi, and melon would be great, too.
-Make sure your fruits are well washed before making the salad.
-Leftovers should be kept covered in the fridge (it should keep for about three days).

Super Simple Fruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh pineapple (core and outer peel removed), cut into bite-size chunks
  • 1 lb strawberries (tops removed), cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1 cup sliced fresh cherries (pits removed)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup sliced red grapes
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together all the fruits. Add the maple syrup and stir to combine.
  2. Store covered in the fridge.
