In keeping with this season of the year, I decided this month’s installment of our stock the freezer recipes would involve pumpkin. I have tons of pumpkin recipes on the website, and I love baking this time of year. This batch of recipes are all “sweet” recipes, but they can be eaten for breakfast or as a snack (or whenever you want). These all freeze really easily so that you can enjoy them all fall! Here are five of my favorite freezer pumpkin recipes.

Stock the Freezer: Freezer Pumpkin Recipes (with shopping list!)

Pumpkin Pie Smoothies

These smoothies are already make ahead for the refrigerator, but you can freezer together the oats, pumpkin, and banana to make freezer smoothie packs!

Copycat Starbucks Pumpkin Bread

This pumpkin bread tastes just like the kind you get at Starbucks! To freeze it, wrap it in plastic wrap and then place it in a gallon freezer bag.

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins

These are delicious and perfect for an afternoon snack, for breakfast, or even for a lighter dessert option!

Pumpkin Snickerdoodles

I developed these cookies to take to a friend with an egg allergy, but they turned out even better, in my opinion, than regular snickerdoodles!

Pumpkin Energy Bites

These energy bites are a riff on my usual recipe, but they include pumpkin for some added sweetness and nutrition. These freeze super well, so you can make a huge batch and save some for later.

If you want to make all 5 of these in one go, here is a shopping list to make sure you have everything you need. This list assumes you’re making one batch of each recipe. Make sure you have the items listed in the “pantry” section in your actual pantry!
