Every few weeks I like to give you a sneak peek into what I’m making for my family each week. I do a monthly meal plan for dinner each month, but breakfast and lunch are part of our meal routine, too! I usually pick a couple breakfast recipes that I rotate between during the week. In this free weekly meal plan, I actually made a huge batch of waffles and we can reheat them. The smoothies can also be made ahead of time by making smoothie packs!

For lunch, everyone always has the option of something cold like sandwiches or a snack tray. But I do usually prep a couple things because it helps me to eat a full meal of real food in the middle of the day.

Dinner usually involves 5 full meals, with one night of leftovers and one night of something easy like frozen pizza!

  • Roasted chicken sausage and vegetables (I just get whatever veggies are on sale, slice up chicken sausage and the veggies, toss them with some olive oil and roast for about 20 minutes)
