If you’ve been around for a while, you know that each month I post a monthly meal plan with 28-31 days worth of dinner ideas. Those aren’t going anywhere, but I also decided to start sharing what we’re eating for dinner each week. I prioritize in-season produce, plenty of protein, and simplicity. But sometimes, as you’ll see this week, we plan to eat frozen pizza. I hope these weekly meal plans give you some inspiration for your own meals, and I also hope that you feel the freedom not to have fancy meals every night. This is meant to be a realistic look at what our family eats!
