Summer is here, but everyone still needs to eat! Sometimes the summer can feel like a more relaxed time, but I’ve found that in order to enjoy relaxed days at the pool or doing outings with friends, it really helps to have a plan for dinner when we come home. Sometimes the plan is leftovers. Sometimes the plan is frozen pizza. But I always like to have a plan! I’ve come up with a whole month’s worth of ideas for this June 2024 monthly meal plan. You’ll see some repetition this month as well as some super easy meals, and that’s because I want to be realistic! Some nights we’re just going to do breakfast for dinner, and one night this month we’ll be doing “dinner from the freezer.” That means the kids can look in the freezer and pick out corn dogs, a smoothie, chicken nuggets, or whatever they can find.
