Take your brownie box mix to a new level with this recipe for peanut butter brownies! It’s really easy and great for anyone who loves the peanut butter-chocolate combination.

Make the brownies according to the box directions, then simply swirl in a peanut butter and powdered sugar mixture before baking.

Peanut Butter Brownies Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 box of brownie mix (the box mixes usually call for eggs, water, and oil)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Make the brownies according to your box directions and spread the batter evenly in your baking dish.
  2. Microwave the peanut butter in a microwave-safe dish for 30 seconds. Add in the powdered sugar and stir until smooth.
  3. Drop spoons of the peanut butter mixture around on the top of the brownie batter and swirl gently with a knife.
  4. Bake according to the brownie box directions. Allow to cool before cutting.
