Spring and Summer are always busy seasons for us and this week is no exception! We have family coming into town and although I’ve been on a quest to make simple quick meals for us, I always like to put in a little extra effort for visitors.
We are still using coupons, but we’re also shopping for seasonal produce and utilizing pantry ingredients to stretch the budget further. I love having company and the conversation that goes with it… and they seem to stick around at the table a little longer when the food is good!
