We have another Kroger Free For All Friday from Frito-Lay coming up this week at Kroger and their affiliate stores. This time it’s for Frito-Lay products that you’ll be snacking on during grilling season. There are some new products available this summer, so you’ll want to try them out before you shell out cash at the checkout counter.
Visit your local Kroger store on May 17th from 4-8 pm and get a little pick-me-up snack for your shopping trip. This “Free For All Friday” event to will offer samples of Pepsi, Doritos and Cheetos brand products.
These new Cheetos MixUps are perfect for your whole family. Each bag comes with four flavors and four shapes so everyone can choose what they like. The Cheezy salsa Mix-Ups spice up the classic Cheetos cheddar puff with salsa picante, jalapeno and chipotle cheddar. The bag of Xtra Cheezy MixUps have four cheese flavors all in one bag: cheddar, parmesan, double cheddar and nacho cheese flavor.
We also got to try out the Doritos Locos Tacos flavored tortilla chips which has taco and Nacho Doritos flavored tortilla chips all wrapped up in one bag.
Pepsi Next has 60% less sugar than PepsiCola, but still offers a big flavor. If you’re looking for a Pepsi flavor with not as much sugar, this is a good alternative for you!
We had our own little cookout at our house with the treats Frito-Lay sent us. All of the Cheetos and Doritos were a hit! The favorites were the Xtra Cheezy MixUps Cheetos and Locos Tacos Doritos. We’ll take any opportunity to throw a cookout and the Cheetos, Doritos, and Pepsi Next were a nice way to spice up our usual cookout spread.
After trying out the new products, my husband’s suggestion was that they figure out a way to make Doritos Locos hamburger buns – he thinks they’ll be a hit!
