We have found some of my family members to be very dairy intolerant, so I included some dairy-free recipes to try. If you don’t have those food restrictions, feel free to add in some dairy to some of the meals! Also, remember if there are meals your family doesn’t like or can’t eat, you can always substitute other things for certain days and still use this monthly meal plan as a template.
