I’m really excited about a fun new app called Groovebook! The app allows you to choose 100 photos each month from your phone to be put in a 4.5″ x 6.5″ flip photobook. Each month it cost $2.99 for the book including shipping! Download the app from the iTunes or Android stores, and start selecting the photos on your phone to print.
It will take about 5 mintues and you’ve got your first book ready to go!
If this is your first time trying ti out use code SSGROOVE and you’ll get your book completely FREE! They will even ship it free.
After the first book you will be charged $2.99 each month. Make sure to select what 100 prints you want each month and you’ve got them printed and mailed for less than 3¢ per print! If for any reason you want to cancel, you may choose to do so by simply emailing them.
Here’s my most recent book. It’s perfect to either keep together as a keep sake or to remove a few picture for my girls to have. Personally I love that at the top the pages are perforated so you can take them out easily and they have a time and date stamp above the picture.
There really is no reason to not grab the free trial and get 100 prints for FREE. After the trial the 2¢ per print is still pretty awesome too!!

Did you know that every area and paper gets different coupons? This is one of the biggest things that can frustrate couponers… we all want the great coupon and only a few select areas got it. Each week volunteers send in their insert lists so to show exactly what came in your area. I take these and put them into the coupon database. In turn you can then have shopping lists that only show the coupons in your area!!
Take a look at this week’s coupon insert variations from 11/10. Click on your newspaper to see which coupons you actually received.
If you’re paper is not covered and you’re interested in helping, feel free to email me at jenny@southernsavers.com for directions. I promise it’s easy!
As folks send me the lists I will update this page.
A legend for the list:
Black = You got this coupon!
Red = Not in this insert
Blue = A change in value or a new coupon not in the preview.

As it gets closer to the holidays, we look for more ways to save and an easy way this season would be to obtain a Target Redcard. Folks have asked about this on the past two Spreecast chats, so I thought we should cover all your questions in a post.
You might have seen it advertised at the register or asked about signing up for one in-store, but you might not have realized all the benefits and how it could save you money this holiday season. Before you think this is a credit card…. it’s not. While there is a credit card option, I would encourage you to go with the debit card. This links straight to your bank, and gives you all the perks without having to pay interest rates!
Benefits of a Red Card:
- Get 5% off everything (even after a price match)
- FREE Shipping on Target.com,
- 30 extra days for returns
- 1% of purchases to go to the school you designate
To put this into numbers for you: If you went to Target just once a month and spent $50, you would save $30 each year using the Red Card. Now add in all that would you would save with free shipping on any order… seriously there is no reason to not get the card.
The card is available in credit and debit versions, both offer the same benefits so you can decide what’s best for you. Personally, I like the debit card because you don’t have to remember to pay your bill every month, plus there is no annual fee!
