As the summer winds down, you might have some garden produce you’re trying to use up. I have several friends with zucchini coming out of their ears! You can always just slice things up and saute them, but sometimes you want to mix things up. Here are 10 of my favorite garden produce recipes to use up zucchini, tomatoes, okra, and more!

There is nothing I love more than the taste of roasted tomatoes. You can make this roasted red pepper and tomato soup with tomatoes from a can, but using the ones from your garden takes it over the top.

This greek pasta salad can be the main dish for a meal, and it is delicious if you add some cucumbers from your garden!
I love nothing more than fresh made pickles. There are lots of recipes for dill or bread and butter pickles, but I love making these curry pickles.
