Planning a trip soon? Figuring out to save on lodging can be tricky. Crashing on couches may be the cheapest option, but hotels are where most of us end up and if you book at the last minute you can have sticker shock at the options. There are some easy ways to save on your next hotel stay though.
Wyndham Hotel Group is trying to help people book early and stay longer with special savings. When you book a stay at least seven days in advance you can save a chunk right from the start:
- up to 30% off the best available rate at participating TRYP by Wyndham properties
- up to 25% off at participating Wyndham Hotels and Resorts properties
- 15% off at participating Baymont Inn & Suites, Days Inn, Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham, Howard Johnson, Knights Inn, Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham, Super 8, Travelodge and Wingate by Wyndham properties
- 10% off at participating Dream Hotels and Night properties
If you stay multiple nights, you can save even more. Stay 3 or more nights and you can save up to 30% off at participating properties.
Rewards
Discounts off the bill are the first step in saving, but rewards programs are the second part to never forget. Anytime you stay in a hotel make sure to ask about a rewards program, the more you stay with the same brand the more you save. You earn points towards future free stays or other rewards, plus with Wyndham Hotel Group’s program you can earn free nights after every 20 stays. If you travel a lot that can really add up! Get registered for the rewards program now and start saving.
Once you are registered for the rewards program, you can also get registered for a special bonus they are running! Register for the “Celebrate with 2,014 Bonus Points” promotion and earn 2,014 bonus points in addition to the standard 10 points per U.S. dollar spent starting with their second qualified stay. Bonus can be earned up to five times for a total of 10,070 bonus points.
The Wyndham Rewards Program is free to join and you’re guaranteed rewards after just one qualified stay. The FREE identity and credit monitoring is available to anyone who shopped at Target and used a card between 11/27-12/15. The year of protection includes a free credit report, daily credit monitoring, identity theft insurance where available, and access to personalized assistance.
