I always smile when I hear the name Angie’s BOOMCHICKAPOP®.  (I may also start to say it with my best beat box impression too). Not only is it a fun product name, but they have some incredibly tasty popcorn that’s perfect for all of your game day and snacking needs.

Angie’s BOOMCHICKAPOP popcorn and kettle corn features delicious flavors with simple ingredients from a founder who cares about snacks that not only taste great, but are better for you.  Popcorn is the perfect snack for parties and give guests a great pick-up option, plus it’s 100% whole grain.

I have a few ideas to take popcorn snacking to the next level… though it may not be quite as just eating it right out of the bag.  Go ahead and start planning your Game Day parties for football!  But once football is over in February, you can pick up your parties again in March with March Madness basketball games.

Marshmallow Popcorn Bars

Grab a bag of Angie’s BOOMCHICKAPOP, a bag of marshmallows, and 2 tablespoons of butter.

Melt the butter and the marshmallows in a large pot on the stove, then add in the popcorn.  Stir until they are well coated.  Pour into a pre-butter baking pan and press lightly into the pan.

I added mini chocolate morsels on top for some extra fun.  Wait until they cool and cut into squares.

They are amazing!

Parmesan Rosemary Popcorn

Spice up your snack with fresh rosemary from the garden and parmesan cheese.  Finely mince the rosemary, then add 1 tablespoon of olive oil parmesan and rosemary to the bottom of a large zipper storage bag.  Add in the popcorn (close the bag) and toss till it is well coated.

This is a flavor you’ve probably never had before, but it’s going to change the way you eat popcorn!
