Of course, you can eat the turkey without worrying about carbs, but mashed potatoes, casseroles, rolls, gravy… none of them are low carb. But you don’t have to assume that you’ll be eating only meat when you’re with family and friends. There are so many delicious recipes that fit right in with Thanksgiving but that have little to no carbs.
While I often love a post loaded with dozens of options, at this time of year I want my options to be simple.
