Here’s the thing about meal planning: You have to be realistic. I know what this month looks like for our family, and grabbing a few rotisserie chickens from Costco on my weekly trip is going to make dinner that much easier those nights. We are also not above frozen pizza. It’s certainly cheaper than taking everyone out to eat!
