One Pan Fettuccine Alfredo Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 oz uncooked fettuccine pasta
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the milk, cream, broth, butter, garlic, salt and pepper (to your preference), and pasta.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the temperature to medium-low.
  3. Making sure to stir very frequently, allow to simmer for 15 minutes, until the pasta is al dente and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
  4. Stir in the parmesan cheese until fully melted and the sauce is rich and creamy. Serve hot.
