We love Little Tikes in our house! When they emailed to see if we would review the Little Tikes Cupcake Kitchen, how could this mom of three girls say no!! I’ll confess that so far I’m the only one that has played with it, the kitchen is packed neatly away in it’s little box waiting for Christmas day for the girls to see it.
The Cupcake Kitchen is the perfect gift for your little one who dreams to be a baker. They can have a blast pretending to cook just like their parents. This kitchen comes with so many features to make it seem even more realistic like a sink, an oven, 2 burners and a working drawer. There’s plenty of storage in the drawer and the oven for all of the accessories so you can pack it all up when you’re done playing (very important in my opinion). Accessories for the Little Tikes Cupcake Kitchen include a cupcake tray, a pot & lid, 1 spatula, 2 plates, 2 forks, 2 spoons, two knives, 2 sprinkle shakers and 4 cupcakes.
One warning for anyone buying this online, when it is shipped the box has pictures of it ALL over the outside. So make sure you are home to get the package and your kids are distracted.

My granddaughter loves to “dress up” and have tea parties with her dolls. She is three years old and I would love to be able to give her this adorable, fun kitchen for Christmas!
My little angel likes to pretend that she is Rapunzel with extremely long hair. She uses the blankets as hair and will drag it around the house. She also will throw the blanket over the back of the couch and have me call out as though I am Mother Gothel to “climb” up.

When that is done, she will put on her princess dress and pretend high heels and get her “friends” (me and her dolls) to come to her room for a tea party. Back in October, we had a yard sale. One of the items we placed outside was a set of pastel colored plastic dishes (cups, saucers, plates and bowls). Our 2-year old saw them and immediately started playing “Birthday Party” with them. So, of course, they were no longer for sale. To this day, she will play “Birthday Party” multiple times a day, serving my husband and me pretend cake, soup, drink, grapes, strawberries and blueberries.

She loves baking with grandma. She pulls a chair up to the counter and I let her pour in ingredients in the bowl and then we take turns mixing the batter. Memories I will always cherish.

My kids are all about dressing up and playing “Princess meets a Dragon.” They play it all day and I love it because they call each other Sister when they play. No one has names…everyone is Sister. By the way they are both the princesses and the dog is the dragon. Not sure yet how the dog like wearing his Halloween costume everyday!! This past year I was pregnant, and I would take my two and three year old little girls to my OB appointments (the doctor did an ultrasound every visit). After a few visits every time we would come home my three year old would go get her Leapster and pretend like she was doing an ultrasound on my two year old’s belly! Then she found a piece of ribbon from a doll she has, and would measure her sister’s belly! My husband and I were amazed at how much they pick up on, it was pretty adorable!

Just a month ago, it was unrolling all of the toilet paper off of the roll and dipping it in the toilet and then screaming the infamous “UH OH!” However, a few weeks ago at the babysitter’s house, the babysitter was cleaning her toilet so now my precious daughter likes to get the toilet brush and dip it in the water. Of course, I’m always closely supervising :)

I stand outside of the room while they are in their fort just to hear the stories they tell. I have to cover my mouth to keep from laughing outloud!

When you placed special undecorated cookies in the oven, the cold would magically decorate them…so they went from plain white to colored. Sooo they decided to put our all white cat in their to make him colored. That poor cat is a saint.

I would give this to my twins girls and their older sister to play with each other and their baby dolls. They like to play they are the mommy and they like to play school.

My youngest daughter loves to play “chef”. We make some pretty amazing cupcakes for all the holidays and a cupcake kitchen would be such an amazing gift for my three year old. It would be used literally everyday. I really hope we are a winner!

My daughter loves to pretend she is cooking “eggies” and eating and sharing other play foods with us. We got a few items at the thirft store during the summer. It has been by far the best thrift store purchase. I know she would go crazy to have an actual kitchen!

Tay loves to cook in her FREE kitchen. I drove past the 2nd hand store and asked about it. It was cracked on the top and they were going to throw it away. It was just a small crack that DH covered up with duct tape and SHE LOVES IT. Her favorite thing to do is cook eggs and make coffee! LOL! She’s 2. ;P
My Kid’s like to play McDonald’s. We all have to order, then they cook in their kitchen and serve us. They give better service than the real thing. Only the food is alittle hard (plastic).
my kids favorite pretend game is “Mom and Dad’–which usually involves their play kitchen, but often other situations as well. They would have a great time with this!
Our two year old loves to “cook and clean.”. He would have a blast with his own!
