It’s almost Valentine’s Day! If you still need to grab a gift, you have a few options. There are likely lots of businesses in your area that are offering fun deals or you could make your own!
I’ll be on WIS News 10 here in Columbia tonight talking about some fun ideas for you. Here’s a recap of some of the things I’ll be mentioning.
Last Minute Valentine’s Day Gifts:
Whole Foods. Whole Foods offers pretty much the best deal on roses around. You can get 2 dozens for $24. Check with your local store to see if they’re offering this deal.
Aldi. If you’ve got an Aldi near you, check them out for flowers as well. They’re offering 6 long stemmed roses for $3.99 or a dozen for $12.99.
Potted Plants. Head to your local Lowe’s Home Improvement or Home Depot to grab a fun potted plant. You could grab a pretty succulent and put it in a nice pot or go bigger and get a potted tree or fern.
Coupon Books. These are fun because they’re handmade and they’re perfect for your significant other. They’re filled with coupons for Breakfast in Bed or a Free Movie Night Pick. Print them and stack them together with a ribbon.
Qdoba. Qdoba restaurants are offering a BOGO deal on burritos for Valentine’s Day when you kiss your significant other at your local store!
Redbox. Enjoy a cozy night in with a FREE movie rental from Redbox. Use code NDNQM3QK at your local kiosk through 2/16.
And if you’re in the Columbia, SC area…
Loveland Coffee. Loveland Coffee is my favorite coffee in Columbia. It’s delicious and locally roasted. Head in from now until Valentine’s Day to get a $10 gift card for $5!! Y’all, that’s a pretty fun deal. To see Loveland Coffee’s hours and location, you can visit their website.
Riverbanks Zoo. The zoo is offering a super fun deal where you can drop your kids off on Valentine’s Day night for a night of games, crafts, pizza, a movie, animal shows, and more. It’s basically babysitting while you and your significant other go out. It’s $25 for non-members and $20 for members. For more info, you can check out their website.
USC Wind Ensemble. Go out for dinner and then catch some FREE music with the USC Wind Ensemble! They’re offering a FREE concert on Saturday night at the Koger Center for the Arts.
