It’s happened way more than once when I’ve thrown this together as an appetizer when I have last minute visitors. It’s that fast and that easy.

There is no chopping or cooking involved: simply mix together the ingredients in a bowl. This would also be good with raw vegetables or grilled chicken.

Easy Onion Chip Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
  2. You can add more or less milk to get your desired consistency.
