Frugal Date Ideas! | Work out together and do something active.We are going to get active for Frugal Date Friday! The options are endless, but you have to get up and get moving.

This is a great way to encourage each other in your fitness goals or get started with new goals. As an added bonus, when you exercise, your body releases endorphins and endorphins make you happy.

Some Exercise Options:

Take a long walk
Go Jogging
Go on a bike rid
Ice Skating
Roller Blading

At Home Options:

Dancing
Fitness Video
Active Video Game (Wii, Xbox Kinect, etc.)

So, get up, get moving and sweat it out!
