I had two great trips this week!  While it may take time to print a shopping list and cut coupons, the end result always is worth it.  I feel like high-fiving everyone as I walk out the door (in slow motion of course).  This week I gathered coupons for two stores and spent about 30 minutes total getting ready, in the end we saved over $120… well worth my 30 minutes!

Publix:

I snapped the picture above right before paying.  That doesn’t factor in another $7.50 in mobile app offers back either!  The cashier laughed at me until the receipt printed and saw how much we saved vs. spent.  Most everything I grabbed is on my shopping list.

Totals
Purchase Value: $124.34
Spent (after mobile apps): $39.65
Saved: $84.69 or 68%

CVS:

I wasn’t planning a trip until the great B1G1 Revlon and $4 off Almay coupons came out.  With those and some CVS coupons I already had for both brands, the idea of free makeup was too much to turn down.  Here’s my shopping list.

Totals
Purchase Value: $59.61
Spent: $4.62
Saved: $54.99 or 93%

ECB Back: $20

I paid with coupons and $20 in ECB I already had.  Grabbing 9 items total for $4.62 isn’t bad at all, including 3 boxes of cereal!
