This week I couldn’t resist a trip to Rite Aid for the great Huggies diaper deal. I already had a ton of Plenti Points saved up from all the free pain relief items this month (you still have a day left to buy those too). So after coupons I paid with points and left with lots of diapers for absolutely nothing! We don’t need them for our little one right now, but we do have our very first niece coming in a few months, so it’s fun to start grabbing things for her.
Rite Aid Diaper Deal
Buy:
(4) Huggies Diapers, jumbo pk, $8.99
Use:
(4) -$2 off Huggies diapers, jumbo pk.+, SS 3/20 or printable
Total Due: $27.96
Get Back: 1000 Plenti Points (=$10) & $5 off next purchase Coupon
it’s like getting 3 packs for $12.96 or $3.24 ea.
We had over $100 in points so I used some of those and paid nothing. I also grabbed the free Colgate toothpaste. Here’s our actual shopping list.
Rite Aid Totals
Total Purchase Value: $39.46
Total Spent: nothing
Total Earned Back: 1000 PP & $5 off coupon
Our second trip was to Bi-Lo. We went just for the top deals and a few things needed for Easter Dinner. I spent most of our budget on produce and then enjoyed grabbed some of the super cheap items with them. Here’s the shopping list of deals I grabbed.
Bi-Lo Totals
Total Purchase Value: $255.91
Total Spent: $89.13
Total Saved: $166.78
I scour the produce section and dairy section for markdown items, so a chunk of our savings is there. I also used that $5 off coupon from Rite Aid here! I love that Bi-Lo will take other stores coupons, but this particular one is actually a manufacturer coupon so you are good to use it at any store.
