A few years ago I received a Minc machine and our family has had a blast playing with it. So much so that I went on a search for free Christmas printables. I even made a pinterest board filled with these and many others!
Minc machines make all of the fun gold foiled quotes you see hanging on the walls in people’s houses. You print your quotes, pictures, gift tags or whatever on regular paper or card stock with black toner, run it through the machine and the foil sticks to the toner leaving a beautiful, shiny message behind. Careful… it’s pretty addicting.
I’ve been thinking about inexpensive gifts to get for some family members and I wanted to put our Minc machine to use. If you want to make the family gifts a little more personal than free online printables, think of a funny or memorable quote shared within your family, make your own printable using Canva or Picmonkey (free) and frame that quote.
The machines are on sale right now for $52.99 with free shipping. I know it’s a little expensive, but maybe you could buy it as an early Christmas present for yourself and look at all of the money you could save on Christmas gifts this year. Did I mention these could make awesome teacher gifts, too?

Don’t want to buy a Minc machine but you still like the idea? Print the quotes in color on card stock and frame it. It’ll be just as beautiful!
