Did you eat Sloppy Joes growing up? I did, and it always came out of a can. To be honest, it wasn’t my favorite. Even if you don’t mind Sloppy Joes from a can, can I recommend that you try making them from scratch? It’s so easy, and it can be made in the slow cooker! To make them even better, serve them on homemade buns!

Easy Sloppy Joes

I can’t even explain how easy these are. Please try them!

You just need beef, onions, a can of diced tomatoes and all of the spices and condiments above.

\

To start, you’ll need to cook the ground beef and onion together and drain all the grease.

Add the meat and onion to the slow cooker.

Then you’re going to mix together your sauce.

It’s almost like a sweet and spicy BBQ sauce. I couldn’t resist dipping my finger in!

Add the can of diced tomatoes and the sauce to the slow cooker and stir to combine.

Then you just need to let it cook for about 3 hours on low. Don’t forget the homemade buns! We also like to eat this with Instant Pot mac and cheese!
