  1. Select membership type and purchase
    GOLD STAR MEMBERSHIP – get $10 Costco Cash Card.
    EXECUTIVE MEMBERSHIP – get $20 Costco Cash Card.
  2. Receive a Costco Membership Activation Certificate by email.
  3. Print your certificate and take it to any Costco warehouse to receive your membership card and Costco Cash Card.
