I don’t know about you, but even though it’s not officially Summer yet, I’ve been in Summer mode for a couple of months already. Our grill has been broken in and we’ve been spending as much time outside as possible.
I’m all about using the grill as much as possible. Part of the reason is that it makes clean it up so much easier, makes my husband do some of the cooking… and well it just takes so yummy! This is also a go to way to cook when we have folks over and need to feed a number of people.
When it comes to sauces and spices we are a bold and spicy type of family. I like my food to have taste, and if it doesn’t then I’m adding sauce to dip in on the side. Everything just tastes better with a sauce (my kids agree too since when they were younger that was the only way to get them to eat veggies).
