If your kids are like mine, they’re going to want to try the frozen drinks too. Here are some non-alcoholic frozen drink recipes that the whole family can enjoy.
Ingredients:
6 oz pineapple juice
6 oz cream of coconut (you can usually find this near mixers and wine)
2 cups ice
4 frozen strawberries
1 banana
1 cup ice
1 tbsp sugar (optional)
Pina Colada Directions:
Combine the pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and 2 cups of ice and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Strawberry Banana Daiquiri Directions:
Combine the strawberries, banana, 1 cup of ice, and sugar and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Both of these recipes make one serving each, but they can easily be multiplied to serve a crowd.
