It’s a faux pearl wrapped in a Swarovski crystal 18K white gold plated band. The necklace chain is also 18K white gold plated and has an adjustable length of 18 inches to 20 inches. It’s a fun item that I can wear and feel dressy without having to worry to much about losing it or having the baby pulling at it.
