We love to have cookouts and we love our vegetarian friends! When we’re grilling out together, I get so excited to make vegetarian recipes even though we are meat-eaters. It just doesn’t feel like a cookout if we’re all eating separate meals, and adding a few extra veggies is great for everyone.
Labor Day is coming up, which is prime cookout time. Here are some awesome recipes I rounded up if you’re vegetarian, have a friend coming over with special dietary needs, or if you’re just looking for some mouth-watering new recipes to try! Even meat-eaters will be trying these!
Note: Many of these recipes are vegan, however some are simply vegetarian and may include honey, eggs, or dairy products. Most would be very simple to make vegan if that’s what you’re looking for!
