I love Costco for a lot of reasons—their rotisserie chicken, the quality of their produce, and the cheap hot dogs at the end. But recently I’ve been trying to clean up our family’s diet a little bit while we also live a really busy life. Of course, eating real, whole foods is the healthiest option, and Costco has lots of options in that category. Their meat, produce, and dairy sections all contain lots of real and whole food options.
In this post, though, I’ll be sharing some pre-packaged and somewhat processed foods that fit the “healthy” bill for me. For me, that means the ingredient lists contains things that I recognize and that there is little to no added sugar. These healthy food options all meet that standard for me!
