Do you have a garden this summer? If so, there’s a good chance you probably have a bunch of tomatoes you need to use up! Too many tomatoes? This is a great problem! I recently asked our readers some of their favorite tomato recipes.

Hopefully, these can give you some ideas what you can make! Let me know if you try these recipes or have some other recipe ideas to share!

Tomatoes Recipe Ideas:

Mrs. Wages salsa mix. Easy directions, yummy and cans wonderfully especially for a newbie like me. Mrs. Wages makes a spaghetti sauce mix too.

If you want to freeze, cut top off and pull seeds and core out then put in a hot oven for a little bit. Pull them out let them cool. The peeling falls right off. Throw in a bag then freeze them.

Homemade Marinara, Pico de Gallo, Tomato Basil Soup

Here is a tomato salad: 1-2 tomatoes diced up, 1-2 cucumbers cut small, and one avocado diced up. Add salt and garlic powder and stir up. Sooooo good!!
