I hesitated with the title of this post because everybody has a different definition of “healthy.” For some, healthy is connected to a certain diet or restricting certain kinds of foods, but the kinds of food vary from person to person. However, I do think that there is a general definition of healthy that most people can agree on, and those are the kinds of desserts I’ve tried to include on this list. I believe in moderation, so dessert is a part of my family’s life. Not every night, but sometimes. And making desserts at home is always healthier (and almost always cheaper) than buying pre-made desserts from the store. I’ve rounded up 10 healthy dessert recipes that have minimal added sugar. Most are sweetened with fruit, and those that do have other sugar use a very small amount across the entire recipe. All of these look delicious. I hope you try one!
