We received a gift card to review a bouquet last month and I had it delivered at my house for my birthday on Monday.
I will say that I was a little taken aback when I saw the flowers that arrived after I ordered the Premium Fashionista Blooms from Teleflora. Ordering flowers online that are to be made by a local florist can be a little scary, but I’m happy to say that Teleflora has a good handle on the whole process. When I sent them a picture of what I sent vs. what I ordered, they said that if a customer is ever unhappy with the bouquet they receive, they send a new bouquet to make up for it.
After my birthday bouquet, I received an Easter bouquet the day after my birthday bouquet arrived and I couldn’t have been happier. I honestly think my birthday bouquet was a rare incident with Teleflora, but if all else fails, it’s great to know that they’ll make it right.
