DIY Christmas Holly JolliesLooking for Christmas gifts for teachers, friends or neighbors?  One of my favorite recipes are Holly Jollies from Christy Jordan over at Southern Plate.

holly jollies

Holly Jollies are frugal, easy, quick, and little clean up.  Having only one bowl and spoon to clean up at the end of a recipe makes me feel even more accomplished.  You can really choose whatever you want to go into these treats, but the basic ingredients you need are mini muffin papers and almond bark.

Supplies:

Mini Muffin Papers
Almond Bark
Peanuts

Melt the almond bark in the recipe, stir in your ingredients, spoon them into the muffin papers and wait for them to cool.  Put the finished product into baggies for each teacher, and you’re all set!
