Right now, I think everyone can use inspiration for meals as well as ideas to keep things easy. Crock pot meals fit the bill because you can basically throw everything together and cook by pressing a button. Plus, crock pot meals usually freeze exceptionally well, so make a little extra and you’ve got dinner covered for multiple nights. This little collection of easy crock pot recipes are frugal and simple enough to become part of your regular rotation.

Remember that you don’t have to make dinner a grand event. It’s OK to repeat recipes each week or to stick to foods that you know your kids will enjoy. Now is not the time to throw a bunch of new recipes into your family’s meal repertoire!
