I NEED the PINA(pinapple) please. It reminds me of that little bakery off the coast of Hwy 3 near Maunabo, Puerto Rico where my mother is from….people place their orders and come from all over the island to buy their cheescakes. One Thanksgiving morn, I was there when they opened….at 5:30 am to get mine. We were traveling with family to the other side of the island….wanted to make sure we got our ordered cheescake!

Too bad they just give you the recipe, and are not selling it. Sounds very unique, I may just have to try this recipe.

I mean, the 10″ NY Chocolate Cheesecake Sampler should probably be illegal in some states, but then you have the NY Triple Chocolate so you KNOW you're getting an entire 16 slices of pure awesomeness…. but then once you think you've narrowed it down, you get smacked upside the head with that gigantic Strawberry Cheesecake on the home page that screams “PICK ME!” …. this is right up there with choosing a puppy… I guess my indecision disqualifies me?
