K Mart Super Doubles
· CommentsI’m so excited!! K-mart has been running their super doubles promotion since early November at various stores and this week it is happening in South Carolina! Check your K Mart ad to see if your area is participating this week.
Why so excited? They are doubling any coupon that is $2 or less! A great example for this week:
Gillette Body Wash on sale for $4
use: -$2 off coupon in today’s PG insert
Makes it FREE
The small print:
You can use up to 75 coupons per transaction.
You can only use one coupon per item.
You can only get 4 of the same item (so only 4 Gillette body washes per transaction — save some for the rest of us!)
You can not get a negative balance, they will not pay you to shop :(
They are not accepting any internet printable coupons.
Want to save even more? Go here and sign up for K-Mart emails and they will email you a coupon for $5 off $50. When you check out, use this coupon first.
A few tips from me… it is hard to make a list of the deals to be had mostly because it is too large to even fathom what you might find, but:
1. Look at your coupons and either make a list or pull out any coupon over $1 first
2. Focus on personal care, and cleaning supplies before food items. (The coupons tend to be higher values and the prices will tend to be cheaper at K Mart than at your grocery store)
3. After looking through $1 and above coupons then look at coupon values that your local grocery store would not normally double
4. Do not worry so much about finding the deals to be had with the .50 cent coupons that your normal stores will double.

Hey Jenny! Do you happen to know if KMart carries baby food? More specifically, Beech Nut baby food? I have several $1 off any box of BeechNut baby cereal coupons….and a handful of $1 off 8 jars of baby food coupons.

I know they carry some baby food. i can’t say for certain what types but I would assume that they would have beechnut and gerber at the least. Maybe not any of the organic varieties though.

-I went tonight and although I had a Q for $1/2 and the item cost $1.19 for 1 the Q wouldn’t double to two dollars-the manager said because the policy is that it doubles up to the value of only one item-so I only got $1.19 off of 2 instead of $2.00. Watch out for this!

Wendy- I’ve had this happen as well. The problem is with the cashier - they have to choose which product(s) the Q attaches to and your cashier only chose one of the items. Guest Services should refund the amount that your coupon did not double. That has been my experience.
